Kaiser Permanente "Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction" (MBSR) Courses Kaiser offers Jon-Kabat Zinn's MBSR course regularly at many of its locations. It is considered the "gold standard" of meditation teachings. It is taught all over the country. You do not need to be a Kaiser member to attend. Many Sangha members have completed the course.
